1.Objet New(Additif)

The General Manager of the Special Council Support Fund for Mutual Assistance (FEICOM), Contracting Authority, hereby launches an Cotation Invitation to tender for the acquisition of inks for printers and photocopiers in FEICOM.

2.Consistance des prestations New(Additif)

The services in this contract consist in the purchase, transport and delivery on the sole responsibility of the Cocontractor of the inks. The technical specificities of the said inks are specified in the Invitation to tender

3.Cout Prévisionnel New(Additif)

The estimated cost of this service is CFA F twenty million (20 000 000 ) IT.

5.Participation et origine New(Additif)

Participation in this Invitation to tender is open to national companies specialized in the field and capable of showing proof of a minimal and continuous experience of three (03) years in the supply of computer consumables.

6.Financement New(Additif)

The service relating this Invitation to tender is financed by the budget of the Special Council Support Fund for Mutual Assistance (FEICOM), 2016 Financial Year, on budget line No « 61-00-105» office supplies.

10.Delai de Livraison New(Additif)

The maximum deadiine provided by the Contracting Authority for the delivery of the services the purpose of this Invitation to tender is 20 days, with effect from the date of the notification of the service order to start the execution of the contract.

12.Recevabilité des Offres New(Additif)

Under pain of rejection, the administrative documents required, including a bid bond, should be produced in originals or in certified true copies by competent authorities, in accordance with the stipulations of the Special Regulations of the Invitation to tender. They should be dated not more than three (03) months or should have been established later to the date of signing the Invitation Notice.

Bids reaching the Mobilization of Financial Resources, Accounting and Assets Management Department (Contracts and Supplies Service, Room 324) after the dates and hour earmarked for submission shall be inadmissible.

Any bid not compliant with the prescriptions of this Invitation to tender shall be declared inadmissible. Especially the absence of a bid bond issued by a first rank bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance or non-compliance with the documents of the models of the Invitation to tender shall entail the outright rejection of the bid.

Bids reaching after the date and time-limits of submission shall be inadmissible.

13.Ouverture des Plis New(Additif)

The opening of bids, which shall be carried out in one phase, shall take place on 06 OCT 2016 at 12 :00 p.m. prompt by the Internal Tenders Board of FEICOM in the conference room of FEICOM.

Only bidders or their duly mandated representatives having perfect knowledge of the file shall be called upon to take part in the opening session.
