- Mindful of the Constitution;
- Mindful of Decree No. 317 of 8/11/1974 creating and organising the North West Livestock Development Fund;
- Mindful of Decree No.2018/366 of 20/6/2018 instituting the Public Contract Code;
DECIDES
ARTICLE 1: That the Contract to select a consultant for the artificial insemination of 400 dairy cattle in the West and North West Regions, following the invitation to tender mentioned above is hereby awarded to the enterprise below as follows:
