Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information during working hours as from the date of publication of this tender notice, at the Office of the Senior Divisional Officer (Préfecture) for Lebialem, Tel. 674 890 969
The complete tender file may be obtained from the Office of the Senior Divisional Officer
(Prefecture) Lebialem, upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a non refundable sum of 25,000 FCFA, at the Divisional Treasury Fontem.
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the Secretariat of the Senior Divisional Office for Lebialem in Menji, not later than 20/04/2020 At 10am local time and labeled.
The maximum period provided for the execution of the works is fixcd at Three (03) months.
Each biddcr must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issucd by a first
rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC
(Commission Bançaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document 12 of the tender file of an amount of 300 000FCFA with a validity period of ninety (90) days from the date the bid is opened.
Under penalty of rejection, the required administrative documents must be irnperatively produced as original documents or photocopies certified as authentic by the issuing authority, in accordante with the Special Regulations of the Invitation to Tender, within the last three months, otherwise they shall not be accepted.
Any bid not in cornpliance with the specifications of this tender notice and file shall bc declared inadmissible. Notably;

The bids shah be opened in single (01) phase on 20/04/2020 at 12noon local time by the Tender Board of the Delegated Contracting authority in the Conference Hall of the Senior Divisional Office (Prefecture) for Lebialem in Menji, in the presence of the bidders or duly authorized représentatives having full knowledge of the file.

- supervisory staff with at least five years' experience in building construction of Yes / No
The Delegated Contracting authority shah award the contract to the bidder whose bid was judged essentially in conformity with the Tender File and who has thc rcquired technical and financial capacities to execute the contract satisfactorily and whose offer was evaluated as the lowcst by including, where necessary, proposed rebates.
Bidders shah be bound by their bids for a period of 90 (ninety) days with cffect from the date of opening of bids
