Within the framework of the Public Investment Budget 2020,The Mayor of Bamusso Council hereby launches an OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER (BY THE EMERGENCY PROCEDURE) CONSTRUCTION OF A MINI PORTABLE WATER SCHEME IN BEKIRI (BAMUSSO COUNCIL AREA
The works for phase one comprise notably:
- Preliminary works, Studies and Site installation
- Construction of the catchment
- Construction of storage tank ta reinforced pump sump.
- Extension of pipeline network along the Bekumu line
The total estimated cost of the project after preliminary studies is eight million (8 000 000) FCFA and the actual estimate programmed for phase I in the 2020 Budget is (8 000 000) FCFA.
Participation in this invitation to tender is open to all registered Cameroonian enterprises, with the necessary technical, financial and legal capacities

Each bid drafted in English or French shall be signed by the bidder or by a duly authorized representative and presented in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such. These shall be submitted in one sealed pack containing three (3) envelopes: (A: Administrative file, B: Technical file, C: Financial file). The sealed pack shall bear no information on the enterprise, and should reach service of public contract or the secretary of the Infernal Tenders Board, Tel: 677 287 540/ 661 165 334; latest the 25/04/2020 at 10:00 am local time and should carry the inscription:

Envelop C: financial offer.

The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner or Delegated Contracting Authority for the execution of the works of this phase one forming the subject of this invitation to tender is four(04)months
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a firstrate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, and of an amount of One hundred and sixty thousand francs (160 000) FCFA(which is valid for Ninety (90) days beyond the date of yolidity of bids.

The jobbing order/contract shall be awarded to the bidder whose bid is in conformify with the dispositions of the tender file and on the basis of the lowest bid and technical quality, in accordance with article 99 of the public contracts code. That is, it shah be awarded to the bidder with a satisfactory technical score and the lowest financial offer.
The bidders shall remain committed fo their offers/bids for a period of ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of bids.
