hereby re-launches an OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER (BY EMERGENCY
PROCEDURE) FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND EQUIPMENT OF A YOUTH
EMPOWERMENT AND CULTURAL CENTRE AT NJOAGWI IN FONTEM SUB
DIVISION, LEBIALEM DIVISION
The works comprise the output of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provide in the technical specificat ions and the quantitative estimates.
The estimated budget inclusive of taxes is forty million (40,000,000) FCFA
The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfil the requirements of this invitation to tender

The maximum time frame provided for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is four (04). months. with effect from the date of notification of the service order to commence works
Each bidder must inciude in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a firstrate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, and of an amount of eight hundred thousand (800 000) FCFA which is valid for Ninety (90) days beyond the date of validity cf bids.

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on the 24/04/2020 at llam local time in the Conference Hall, at the Menji council office by the competent tender board, in the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives having full knowledge of the file (power of attorney).
Any bid not rnhetinn with the requirements of the Tender File will be declared inadmissible.
The eliminatory criteria are identified as follows:
Absence of a quantified unit price in the financial offer;

The contract shall be awarded to the bidder whose bid will be judged essentially in compliance with the Tender File and who has the required technical and financial capacities to execute the contract satisfactorily and whose financial offer was evaluated as the Iowest by including, where necessary, proposed rebates
Bidders will remain committed to their bids for 90 clays from the deadline set for the submission of bids.
