Contracling Authority, hercby launches a national invitation to tender for the construction of ten wells
(Nkouak. Nongbwala Diassa. Tonkla, Bédoumo Carrefour ,Bédoumo après étang, Mayang, Blandjo. Ampel,
Djolempoum) and adjusting of two supply source( Djouyaya (TAM-TSE) et Mayos (Djembe))in some
lûcalilies of Mindourou council, Upper-Nyong division given below:

-geophysical studies and Implantation;
Construction of wells;
Construction of superstructures;
Developments and test pump;
Water physico-chemical and bateriological laboratory test;
Supplying and pose of the pump;
Training of users.
b- Supply sources
Site installation:
Sconring and carlhworks;
Drain construction:
Construction ofdam for the protection;
F&P of canalizations of water and plumhing accessories;
Water physico-chemical and bacteriological laboratory test;
training of users.

Participation in this invitation to tender is opened to companies having iheir registered address or head office
in Cameroon. mastering perfectly rural hydraulic techniques and having varions compétences in the fleld of
rural hydraulic services in général and in borehole services in particular. including the provisioning and the
installation of pumps with human and the installation of hydraulic works and equipment maintenance
devices.

10.Delai de Livraison New(Additif)

The maximum delivery deadiine per lot provided for by the Contracting Authority shall be Four (04)
months, including the possible constraints related to the site situation such as accessibility and climale
conditions, from the date of notification of service order to start works.
It is due to the bidder to propose in his offer a carrying ont calendar thaï goes in the deadiine indicated

11.Cautionnement Provisoire New(Additif)

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first rate-bank approved
by the Ministry in charge of finance of an amounl of one million one hundred twenty-five thousand nine
hundred and two (I 125 902) francs, valid for sixly (60) days from the date of bid-opening. Under pain of
being rejected. only originals or true copies certified by the issuing service or administrative authorities
(senior Divisional Officers, Divisional ofllcers...) of the administrative documents required, including the
bid bond, must imperatively be produced in accordance with the Spécial Conditions of the invitation to
tender. They must obligaiory not be older than three months or must not be produced affer the signing of the
tender file,
Any offer not in conformity with the prescriptions of this notice and tender file shall be declared
inadmissible. Especially. the absence ofa bid bond issued by a first-ratc bank approved by the Ministry in
charge of Finance or the non-respect of the models of the tender tlle documents shall lead to a pure and
simple rejection of the offer withoul any appeal being enterlained.
