Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law N° 2018/011 of 11 July 2018 to lay down the Cameroon Code of Transparency and Good Governance in public finance management;

Mindful of Law N° 2018/012 of 11 July 2018 relating to fiscal regime of the State and other public entities;

Mindful of Law No. 2024/013 of 23 December 2024 the finance law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2025 financial year;

Mindful of Decree No 2011/412 of 09 December 2011 reorganizing the Presidency of the Republic;

Mindful of Decree No 2011/408 of 09 December 2011 organizing the Government;

Mindful of Decree No 2012/075 of 08 March 2012 creating the ministry of public contracts;

Mindful of Decree No 2018/366 of 20 June 2018 to institute the Public Contracts Code;

Mindful of Order No 075/CAB/PM of 30 July 2024 on the reorganization of Presidential Plan for the Reconstruction and Development of the North West and South West Regions;

Mindful of Order No 327/A/MINMAP of 14 November 2024 creating a Special Tenders Board within the Presidential Plan for the Reconstruction and Development of the North-West and South-West Regions;

Mindful of Order No 21/CAB/PM of 21 March 2024 to appoint the Chairman of the Pilot Committee of the Presidential Plan for the Reconstruction and Development of the North West and South West Regions;

Considering The Authorisation of mutual agreement N°07012-25/L/PR/MINMAP/SG/DGMAS/DMSPI/CE1/CEA7/TMS of 13 October 2025; 

Considering Consultation file N°0005/CF/PPRD/2025 of 13 October 2025 following the mutual agreement N°07012-25/L/PR/MINMAP/SG/DGMAS/DMSPI/CE1/CEA7/TMS of 13 October 2025 for the Maturation of a project on the equipment of the agro-industries and other development missions in the NW and SW; 

Considering The award proposal by the Ad-Hoc Committee for evaluation of offers following letter NO 000005/2025/L/AHC-PPRD/PR of 31 October 2025.

HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1: The enterprise TCHA’S COMPANY Ltd, P.O Box. Tsinga, Yaounde –Cameroon, Tel.: (237) 202 501 260 - Email.: tchas2025@gmail.com, has been awarded the Contract after the Consultation N°0005/CF/PPRD/2025 of 13 October 2025 following the authorisation of Mutual agreement N°07012-25/L/PR/MINMAP/SG/DGMAS/DMSPI/CE1/CEA7/TMS of 13 October 2025 for the Maturation of a project on the equipment of the agro-industries and other development missions in the NW and SW, for the amount of CFAF eighty-four million one hundred and fifty thousand (84,150,000) and a duration of two (02) months. 

Article 2: The Contract forming the subject matter shall be financed by the 2025 Budget of the PPRD.

Article 3: The decision shall be registered and published in the public contracts logbook and wherever need be.
