Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law N° 2018/011 of 11 July 2018 to lay down the Cameroon Code of Transparency and Good Governance in public finance management;

Mindful of Law N° 2018/012 of 11 July 2018 relating to fiscal regime of the State and other public entities;

Mindful of Law No. 2024/013 of 23 December 2024 the finance law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2025 financial year;

Mindful of Decree No 2011/412 of 09 December 2011 reorganizing the Presidency of the Republic;

Mindful of Decree No 2011/408 of 09 December 2011 organizing the Government;

Mindful of Decree No 2012/075 of 08 March 2012 creating the ministry of public contracts;

Mindful of Decree No 2018/366 of 20 June 2018 to institute the Public Contracts Code;

Mindful of Order No 075/CAB/PM of 30 July 2024 on the reorganization of Presidential Plan for the Reconstruction and Development of the North West and South West Regions;

Mindful of Order No 327/A/MINMAP of 14 November 2024 creating a Special Tenders Board within the Presidential Plan for the Reconstruction and Development of the North-West and South-West Regions;

Mindful of Order No 21/CAB/PM of 21 March 2024 to appoint the Chairman of the Pilot Committee of the Presidential Plan for the Reconstruction and Development of the North West and South West Regions;

Considering The Authorisation of mutual agreement N°07062-25/L/PR/MINMAP/SG/DGMI/DMBEC/CEA2 of 13 October 2025; 

Considering Consultation No.003/CF/PPRD/2025 of 13 October 2025 for the study on the renovation of Tiko district hospital, Fako Division, South West Region; 

Considering the award proposal by the Ad-Hoc Committee for evaluation of offers following letter NO000325/2025/L/AHC-PPRD/PR of 17/11/2025.

HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1: The enterprise ACE INVASION SARL, P.O. BOX 17575 Etetak - Yaounde – Cameroon. Tel.: (237) 222 31 88 76/679 18 04 29 – Email: aceinvasion@gmail.com, has been awarded the contract following Consultation No.003/CF/PPRD/2025 of 13 October 2025 following Authorisation of Mutual Agreement N°07062-5/L/PR/MINMAP/SG/

DGMI/DMBEC/CEA2 of 13 October 2025 for the study on the renovation of Tiko district hospital, Fako Division, South West Region for amount of 77,426,966 (Seventy-Seven million four hundred and twenty-six thousand nine hundred and sixty-six) CFA francs and a duration of One (01) month. 

Article 2: The contract forming the subject matter shall be financed by the 2025 Budget of the PPRD.

Article 3: The decision shall be registered and published in the public contracts logbook and wherever need be.
