The Bid Opening session shall take place et the Interna! Tenders Board Office opposite CDC Head office Bota-Limbe on the 4/01/2017 at 2 pm local time in the presence of the Bidders or their duly mandated representatives. Only one Representative per bidder shah be allowed to attend the Bid Opening Session.
