PORTABLE WATER UNITS FOR THE REHABILITATION OF CDC BANANA PACKING HOUSES

The General Manager of the Cameroon Development. Corporation launches an Open National Invitation to Tender No, 017/CDC/GBM/ITI3/16 for the supply of 8NO.portable water units for the rehabilitation of CDC Group Banana Packing Houses as per the following lots

Lot 1: Supply of 2No. Potable Water units for the rehabilitaton of Essoassoa Packing potable water system and back up for Mafanja Estate packing houses

Lot 2: Supply of 2No. Potable Water units for the rehabilitation of Diongo Packing potable water system and back up for Mondoni Estate packing bouses

Lot 3: Supply cf 2No. Potable Water units for the rehabilitation of Ombe Packing potable water systern and back up for Benoe Estate packing houses

Lot 4: Supply of 2No. Potable Water units for the rehabilitation of Packing house potable water system as back up for Moquo and Ndongo Estates packing houses

This invitation to Tender is open to Enterprises which have experience in the supply of the above.

The supplies of the above shall be finaneed by the CDC 2016 budget and the European Union as per Banana Accompanying Measures (BAM) 2016 programme

Interested Bidders can consult the tender documents at the General Manager's Office (Room 208) during working hours (7.30 a.m to 4 p.m) Mondays to Fridays as from 4/11/2016

Bidders can collect complete tender documents from the General Manager's office (Room 208) during working hours (7.30 am to 4pm) Mondays to Fridays as from 4/11/2016 upon the payment of a non-refundable sum of 95,000 FCFA for the Tender to ARMP Special Account No. 335 98800001-89 with BICEC.

Complete offers written in either English or French and in Seven (7) copies (One Original and Six (6) Copies) sealed in an envelope shall be deposited at the General Manager's Office (Room 314) on or before the 7/12/2016 at 1.00 p.m local time.

AH deliveries shah he done at the Corporation's Supplies Department, CDC Tiko. The duration of execution shah not exceed sixty (60) days after the notification of the Administrative orders to commence supplies.

Complete offers written in either English or French and in Seven (7) copies (One Original and Six (6) Copies) sealed in an envelope shall be deposited at the General Manager's Office (Room 314) on or before the 7/12/2016 at 1.00 p.m local time.

The sealed envelope should carry the inscription:

The Bid Opening Session shall have place at the Tenders Board Office opposP:e CDC Head Office Bote — Limbe c. the 7/12/2016 et 100 pm local time in the presence

of the Bidders or their duly mandated representatives. Only^. one Representative

per bidder shall be allowed in the opering session

Bids shalf be rejected when:

- There is an absence of an Administrative document.

- They do not have complete Technicai Offers/ Financial Offers.

- They do not conform to the technicai specifications

- They have falsified documents or false declarations

13. MAIN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

NB: The non-respect of any of the z.lbova criteria :hall result to the elimination of the offer.

This invitation to tender is divided into lots and a bidder can win more than one lot.

Bidders shall remain committed to their offers for a period of NINETY (90) Days from the date of bid opening.
