The Government of Cameroon has received a loan and grant from the African Development Bank in various currencies to finance the cost of the Grassfield Support Project for Rural Infrastructures and Participatory Development (GRASSFIELD II). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contractfor the construction of building coffee quality and pre-control services in NWCA.

National Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Bank's Rules and Procedures for Procurement of Goods and Works, Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of GP-DERUDEP, behind Finance Building, Ayaba street, P.O. Box 1116 Bamenda, Tel: 233 36 10 07; Fox: 233 36 16 65 

A complete set of  Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 50,000FCFA (fifty thousand francs) payable to the cashier of Grassfield II against a receipt

Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 06/05/2020 at 11:00 a.m. prompt 

DURATION 6 MONTHS 

A security in the amount in FCFA of: 3,100,000 (three million one hundred thousand francs)
