In the setting of the exécution of the Général Endowment of Decentrallzation (GED) of the year 2016, the Adamaoua Régional Delegate of Public Works, Contracting Authority, hereby launches for the account of the Mayor of BELEL Council, Master of work, an Open National Invitation to Tender for the réhabilitation works of boring in BELEL Council, Sub Division, Vina Division, Adamaoua Région.

Works and the benefits object of the présent market are defined in the setting of the approximate estimate of works and in the CCTP.

The estimable cost of exécution at the end of the previous studies is 13 000 000 (thirteen millions) Franc CFA.

The fite can be gotten to the Service of the Markets of the Infrastructures sufted to the 4th Floor of the Adomaoua Régional Délégation of Public Contract of the, Tél,: 222 25 13 39, since publication of the présent opinion, against présentation of a receipt of remittance of the non-repayable sum of 20 000 (twenty one one fhousand) Franc CFA representing expenses of purchase of the file of call of offers, payable to the Municipal Recipe of the Belel Council.

The maximum delay of exécution foreseen by the master of work for the realization of works is fixed to forty five (45) days.

Every fenderer must join to his administrative pièces, a guaranty of submissiveness established by a first-class bank accepted by the Ministry charged of Ministry of Finance and whose list represents in the piece 12 of the DAO specifying the amount of two hundred sixty one thousand (260 000) Francs valld CFA during thirty (30) days beyond the original date of volidity of the offers.
