Mindful of the Open National Invitation to Tender N° 16/RFQ/BIIC/BIICITB/MINDDEVEL/PROLOG/NWR/2025 OF 31/10/2025

Mindful of its subject: The Rehabilitation of road from PC Musang to PC Ntamulung and from Pacour Vita to Ntamulung Vatican Parking lot in Bamenda II Council Area

Mindful of the Project Owner herein referred to the Mayor of Bamenda II Council,

Mindful of the source of Financing: WORLD BANK IDA No. 72130– CM -2025

Mindful of the decree N°2012/074 of 08^th March 2012 Creating, Organizing and Functioning of the Tenders Board;   

Mindful of the Arretes N° 00371/A/MINMAP of 11/12/2014, No. 00028/A/MINMAP of 13/02/2015 and No. 00099/A/MINMAP of 22/05/2015 Creating Council Internal Tenders Boards;

Mindful of   the circular N° 001/CAB/PR of 19^th June 2012 in relation to the Award and Control of Public Contracts;

Mindful of the Awards Proposal transmitted by the B.II.C.ITB on the   24/11/2025;

                                                                   HEREBY DECIDES

Article1: That the Project; The  Rehabilitation of road from PC Musang to PC Ntamulung and from Pacour Vita to Ntamulung Vatican Parking lot in Bamenda II Council Area, by emergency procedure

IS AWARDED TO THE ENTERPRISE MENTIONED below:

Article 2: The Successful Bidder is requested to report to the Bamenda II Council Office and sign the Draft Jobbing Order.

Article 3: This present Award Decision shall be published and registered where need be.

Article 4: The Unsuccessful Bidders are requested to withdraw their Files within 15 days. After this deadline, these Files will be archived.
