DECIDES

Article 1: That The Contract to carry out THE 20/09/2017 FOR MUTUAL AGREEMENT FOR the THREE PHASE RURAL ELECTRIFICATION OF THE NGIE MULTIPURPOSE OIL MILL AT TEZE, NGIE SUBDIVISION, MOMO DIVISION, following the invitation to tender mentioned above is awarded to the enterprise herein mentioned below, as follows:

Article 2: This Decision shall be registered and published where ever need be.
