The Government of the Republic of Cameroon (hereinafter called "Beneficiary") has received financing from the Isamic Development Dank (the "Bank") in the form of a loan towards the cost ofthe Livestock and Fisheries Development Project (LIFIDEP) and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds ofthis financing to eligible payments under the contract for which this Letter of Invitation is issued.

The Government of the Republic of Cameroon has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) towards the cost of the Livestock and Fisheries Project (LIFIDEP) for the North West Region of Cameroon and intends to apply a part of the proceeds towards payments under the Contract for the supply of small ruminants(goats and sheep)

The Livestock and Fisheries Development Project (LIFIDEP), on behalf of the Government of Cameroon now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of these animals as per the following lots:

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding(NCB) procedures as specified in the IsDB's Guidelines for Procurement of Goods and Works under Islamic Development Bank Financing, May 2009, revised February 2012",and is open to all eligible National bidders as defined in the Guidelines.
