The Government of the Republic of Cameroon (hereinafter called "Beneficiary") has received financing from the Isamic Development Dank (the "Bank") in the form of a loan towards the cost ofthe Livestock and Fisheries Development Project (LIFIDEP) and
intends to apply a portion of the proceeds ofthis financing to eligible payments under the contract for which this Letter of Invitation is issued.
The Livestock and Fisheries Development ProJect(LIFIDEP) on behalf of the Government of Cameroon now invites proposals to provide the following consulting services (hereinafter called "Services"); Frame Survey and socio-economic study of the livelihoods of the fishing communities around the Bambalang lake for The Livestock and Fisheries Development Project (LIFIDEP)

The shortlisted consultants are required to pay and submit with the proposal a non-refundable sum of twenty thousand Francs CFA for the Request for proposal document into account Number 97568660001-28 in the name of« AGENCE DE REGULATION MARCHES PUBLICS > in any of the BICEC branches in Cameroon. Such a receipt shall identify the payer as the Individual consultant sending in a proposal.

The opening of proposals shall take place in two phases.
The opening ofenvelopes(A) containing the technical proposals shall take place on the 22/05/2020 at 11 am prompt in the LIFIDEP Board Room, Ground Floor LIFIDEP Building Ayaba Street Bamenda.
By consultant qualification Procedures, Envelope (B) containing the financial offer shall be opened ONLY for the most qualified consultant after evaluation of technical proposals on a date to be communicated to the consultants.
Individual Consultant will be selected under Consultant Qualification procedures, in accordance with the policies of the Bank detailed in the Guidelines - which can be found at the following website: www.isdb.org
