The services referred on this tender are financed by the public investment budget, fiscal year 2016.

The deadline of the delivery must be within three (03) months.

Bidders will attach to their administrative documents a bid bond issued by a major bank approved by the Ministry of Finances and whose list is found on item no 12 of the Tender File worth: 540,000(Five hundred and fourty francs Cfa)

Valid thirty (30) days after the previous date of the validator. Of offers.

Under the penalty of rejection, other required administrative  documents will duly be produced in originals or certified copies by the issuing service or an official of the administration (SDO, DO...), according to the provisions of the Regulation specific to Tenders.

They must not be older than three preceding the original date of submission of bids (3) months or must not have been established alter the signing of the tender notice.

Any incomplete offer in accordance with the prescriptions of this notice and tender file shall be declared inadmissible. Especially the absence of a bid bond issued b / a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance.
