The Regional Delegate of Public Contracts for the Center Region, Contracting Authority, launches a
consultation notice for the supply of various equipments at the Public works centre in Akonolinga.
The necessary equipments, subject of this tender is as followed :
- lot 1 : supply of equipments at the conference hall and offices ;
- lot 2 : supply and installation of equipments at the canteen;
- lot 3 : supply of equipments at the residence n°1.

Participation to this consultation is opened on equal conditions to Cameroon-law enterprises.
As far as works are concerned, an estimated amount of:
- lot 1 : fifteen millions (15 000 000) Francs CFA ;
- lot 2 : fifteen millions (15 000 000) Francs CFA ;
- lot 3 : ten millions (10 000 000) Francs CFA
Upon publication of this notice, the tender file may be consulted during working hours at the Cali for Tender Support Unit (room 225) on the 2nd Floor of the Regional Delegation of Public Contracts for the Center located at Omnisport), Tel: 22218150; as from publication of this notice.
The tender file may be acquired at the Center Regional Delegation of Public Contracts, precisely located at Omnisport after the Regional taxation office opposite BUCREP, second floor, door 225 Tel/Fax : 222 21 81 49 upon publication of this invitation to tender and submission of a receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable sum of CFA F twenty five thousand (25,000) to the Public Treasury. This amount represents the file's purchase fee.
No file can be obtain forty eight (48) hours (or two days) before the disclosure of tenders
Each offer drafted in English or French and seven (7) copies, one (01) original and six (06) copies sealed and marked as such, in conformity with the tender file, must reach the Regional Delegation of Public Contracts for the Center, no later than the 29th september 2016 at 12 O'clock local time and shall be labelled as follows:

Beyond the submission's deadline, any tenders will no longer be received.
The delivery time required by the Project Owner is fourty-five (45) days from the date of notification of the administrative order to start the delivery and the place of delivery is the Public Works Center in Akonolinga.

Opening of bids will take place on the 29th september 2016 at 1.00 pm prompt by the Center Regional Tenders Board at the meeting Hall of the Center Regional Delegation of Public Contracts 2' floor at Omnisport.
Only bidders are allowed to attend the bids opening session or be duly represented by a person of their choice.
Any bid not in keeping with the prescriptions of the consultation file shah be declared inadmissible. Subject to rejection, other administrative documents must imperatively be produced in originals or copies ceffified by the issuing service or a competent authority dated no more than three (03) months.
The Contracting Authority will award the contract to the bidder whose offer will be considered the lowest-priced and in substantial compliance with the provisions of the tender documents.
No tenderer can be award of more than one lot.
Tenderers are bound by their tenders for a period of ninety (90) days with effect from the tendersubmission deadline
