Within the framework of the Public Investment Budget 2020, the Mayor of Idenau, Contracting Authority, hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender by Emergency Procedure for the supply of medical equipment for the Sub divisional hospital, Idenau Subdivision
The services of this contract include: (supply, transportation. handling and acceptance of equipment
This tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender
The services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2020 financial year; Budget Head No. 5440531076419192272611
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information during working hours as from the date of publication of this tender notice, at the General secretariat, Idenau Council chambers.
The file may be obtained from the office of the Idenau Council as soon as this notice is published against payment of a non-refundable sum of 50.000 FCFA for the tender to the Idenau Municipal Treasury with an acknowledgement receipt thereof.
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six
(06) copies marked as such, should reach Idenau Council on at 10.00 am
local time and labelled.

Bidders must include in their administrative documents a bid bond issued by a bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC featuring on the list in Document 11 of the tender file of an amount of: 160.000 FCFA with a validity period of thirty (30) days beyond the validity of the bids.
