The Mayor of Muyuka Council, Contracting Authority, hereby informs the general public that the following enterprise have been retained for the award of the REQUEST FOR QUOTATION No: 001/RQ/MAYOR-MUYUKA/MCITB/PIB/2023 OF 26/04/2023 FOR THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AT CMA EKONA.

The retained enterprise should report at the Muyuka Council chambers to fulfill the laid down administrative formalities concerning the signing of the contract.
Unsuccessful bidders are called upon to withdraw their tender documents from the office of the Mayor of Muyuka Council within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this communique. Failure to collect same the said documents shall be disposed of without further notice.
