CONSIDERING:  Restricted Consultation to Tender No 419/VOL.1/292/NDU/C of 15/09/2017 after Authorization No 005257/L/PRC/MINMAP/SG/DGMI/l\/IA of 24/07/2017 for a Mutual Agreement for the control and supervision of the construction and extension  of a power driven potable water supply scheme in Ndu, Ndu Council Area In Ndu Sub Division, Donga Mantung Division of the North West Region

DECIDES

Article 1:  That, the Jobbing Order to carry out the control and supervision of the construction and extension of a power driven potable water supply scheme In Ndu, Ndu Council Area in Ndu Sub Division, Donga Mantung  Division of the North West Region following the Restricted Consultation to Tender  mentioned above is awarded to the enterprise herein mentioned below, as follows:

Article 2: This Decision shall be registered and published where ever need be.
