CONSIDERING:  OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER No 40/ONIT/RDMINMAP/NWRTB/2017 OF 02/10/2017

DECIDES

Article 1That, the Contract to carry out THE REHABILITATION OF THE ROAD FROM MBENGWI - WIDIKUM IN MOMO DIVISION BY EMERGENCY PROCEDURE, following the invitation to tender mentioned above is awarded to the enterprise herein mentioned below, as follows:

Article 2: This Decision shall be registered and published where ever need be.
