The Mayor of Bamusso Council informs the contractors who tendered for the above project that the bids have been awarded as follows:

Unsuccessful bidders are called upon to withdraw their tender document from the Council office (secretariat of Tenders Board) within fifteen days from the publication of this communiqué. Failure to do so, the said documents shall be disposed of without future notice.

This communiqué serve as notice for the release of all bid bonds by the appropriate banks or insurance companies.
