The Mayor of Idabato Council informs the contractors who tendered for the above project that the bids have been awarded as follows

 Unsuccessful bidders are called upon to withdraw their tender documents from the council office (secretariat of the tender board) within fifteen (15) days from the publication of this communiqué. Failure to do so, the said documents shall be disposed of without further notice

This communiqué serves as a notice for the release of all bid bonds by the appropriate Banks and Insurance Companies
