CONSIDERING The deliberations of the extra-ordinary session of Belo Council of the 30/08/2024, during which Mme MBUH Spouse AYONG ALICE SHAM-NDIM was elected Mayor of Belo Council;  

CONSIDERING Order N° 00000304/A/MINATD/DCTD of 12/11/2013 to endorse the election of the Mayor and Deputy Mayors (after the municipal election of 30th September 2013) in the Belo Council Chambers  

CONSIDERING CONSULTATION N°: 011/RQ/MINDDEVEL/BC/BCITB/PIB/2026 OF 31/01/2026 FOR SUPPLY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO THE MBESSA INTEGRATED HEALTH CENTRE BELO SUB DIVISION BOYO DIVISION  

CONSIDERING: The necessity of service;  

DECIDES  

ARTICLE 1: That, pursuant to articles 9 (b) and 94 of the Public Contracts Code, JOBBING ORDER FOR SUPPLY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO THE MBESSA INTEGRATED HEALTH CENTRE BELO SUB DIVISION BOYO DIVISION Following CONSULTATION N°: 011/RQ/MINDDEVEL/BC/BCITB/PIB/2026 OF 31/01/2026 has been awarded to the under mentioned enterprise.

ARTICLE II: SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS Enterprise is invited to come to the Mayor's office and sign his draft jobbing order.  

ARTICLE III: Bidders who were not successful are requested to withdraw their bids within two weeks, pass this deadline, their bids shall be destroyed.  

ARTICLE IV: This decision shall be registered and published when and wherever need be.
