Within the framework of the 2020 Public Investment Budget, the Lord Mayor of Limbe III Council on
behalf of the Minister of Basic Education hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender by
Emergency Procédure FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PAVEMENT FABRICATION
WORKSHOP AT MBONJO MANGA HILL - LIMBE IH COUNCIL

The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications. (Document 1^,)

1. 2.        LOTS:

Lot I of works is executed as Phase I of the project;

The estimated costs alter preliminary study is 10,000,000 FCFA

The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirernents of this invitation to tender.

The works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shah be financed by Public Investment Budget of the 2020 financial year; Budget Head No

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information during working hours as from the date of publication of this tender notice, at the Limbe III Council

The complete tender file may be obtained from the Limbe III Council upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable sum of twenty thousand (20,000) at the Limbe III Municipal Treasury

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should rcach the Mayor's Office Limbe III Council on 03/06/2020 at Iti.)c)arvi local time and labeled.

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Bançaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document 12 of this tender file of an amount of two hundred thousand

NB: It is set a 2 % of the estirnated amount, ail taxes inclusive, and with a validity period of ninety (90) days from the date the bids are opened.

The bids shah be opened in a single (01) phase on 03/06/2020 at 11.00am local time by the Limbe Ill Council Internai Tenders Board at the Limbe III Council chambers, located Chop Farm-Bimbia Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.

Bids shah be rejected when:

5-      The absences of bid bond in the administrative document

6-      There's absence of missing document in Administrative file alter 48 hours of the opening Article 193

7-      There's any fake document, False declaration or forged document

8-      There's absence of quantified unit price

15.2: MAIN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

The criteria relating to the qualification of candidates will indicatively be on the following:

The Contract shah be awarded to the lowest bidder fulfilling the best technical and financial conditions

Bidders shah be bound by their bids for a validity period of 90 (ninety) days with effect from the date of opening of bids.
