Within the framework of the 2020 Public lnvestment Budget, the Lord Mayor of Limbe III Commit on behalf of the Minister of Basic Education hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender by Emergency Procedure FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A MUNICIPAL RESTAURANT AT LIMBE III COUNCIL - CHOP FARM.

The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications

The estimated global costs alter preliminary study is 30,000,000 FCFA

The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender

Works which form the subject of this invitation to tender for both lots I and H, shall be financed by Public investment Budget of the 2019 financial year, budget head

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information during working hours as from the date of publication of this tender notice, at the Limbe III Council

The complete tender file may be obtained from the Limbe III Council upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable sum of Thirty-five thousand (35,000) FCFA at the Limbe III Municipal Treasury

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and sir (06) copies marked as such, should reach the Alayor's Qtlice Limbe 111 Council at Chop Farm on 09/06/2020 at iomoaris local time and labeled.

Bids shah be rejected when:

1-      The absences of bid bond in the administrative document

2-      There^-s absence of missing document in Administrative file after 48 hours of the opening -Article 193

3-      There's any fake document, False declaration or forged document

4- There's absence of quantified unit price 15.2: MAIN QUALIFICATION CRI^-FERIA: The criteria relating to the qualification of candidates will indicatively be on the following:

16. AWARD CRITERIA

- The Contract shah be awarded to the lowest bidder fulfilling the best technical and financial conditions.
