Within the framework of implementing the activities related to 2020 Public Investment Budget allocated to the Establishment, the Director General of SOWEDA hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender for the Supply of Tyres to SOWEDA.
The services related to this contract shah comprise the Tender for the Supply of Supply of Tyres to SOWEDA as described in the technical specifications given below
The estimated cost of this tender is: FCFA 35,000,000 (Thirty five million).
Participation in this invitation to tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian based*nterprises that are licensed in the supply of heavy-duty equipment and which fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.
The supplies which are subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the 2020 Public Investment Budget of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development allocated to SOWEDA.
Interested bidders can consult the tender file at the Head Office of SOWEDA, Buea (Department of Administration and Finance) during working hours (7.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.).
The tender file may be obtained from the same address above, as soon as this notice is published against payment of the sum of 70,000 (sevcnty thousand) francs CFA, payable into the CAS-ARMP Account N° 335-988 opened in any BICEC Bank Branch.

The bids shall be opened in a single phase on 10/06/2020 at 11 a.m. local lime in the SOWEDA Conference Hall by the SOWEDA Internai Tenders Board. Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated person.
- 12. Eliminatory Criteria
- Absence of a bid bond;
- Absence or non-conformity of an administrative document within 48hours after bids opening;
- False declaration or falsified document;
- Non-compliance with at least 70% of the minor technical specifications;
- Absence of quantified unit price;
- Absence of declaration of non-abandonment of a public contract during the last three years;
- Non-satisfaction of at least 70% (5 yes/7) of the essential criteria;
- Financial capacity (> 50%) of the tender amount;
- Absence of prospectus accornpanied by the technical sheets from the manufacturer;
- Absence of agreement or authorization from the manufacturer; Il. Failure to comply to one of the major technical characteristics criteria below:

The contract shall be awarded to the bidder whose administrative bid shall be up-to-date, technical bid judged satisfactory and who shah! be the least financial bidder.
