1.Objet New(Additif)

The General Manager of the Cameroon Development Corporation launches an Urgent        Open         National        Invitation        to         Tender        No.
021/CDC/GOP/GRD/GBM/ITB/16 of 16/11/16 for the transportation of road filling materials and execution of road works in the CDC Group Oil Paims, Banana and Rubber Departments.

2.Consistance des prestations New(Additif)

The works comprises of the following Lots:

Lot One: Supply and spread of volcanic ash (gravel) to Mafanja Banana Estate Roads including grading, ditching, shootouts, water and compaction. Lot Two: Supply and spread of volcanic ash (gravel) to Mondani Banana Estate Roads including grading, ditching, shootouts, water and compaction.

Lot Three: Supply and spread of volcanic ash (grave!) to Benoe Banana Estate Roads including grading, ditching, shootouts, water and compaction.

Lot Four: Supply and spread of volcanic ash (grave!) to Ndongo Banana Estate Roads including grading, ditching, shootouts, water and compaction.

Lot Five: Supply and spread of volcanic ash (gravel) to Moqua Banana Estate Roads including grading, ditching, shootouts, water and compaction.

Lot Six: Supply and spread of volcanic ash (grave!) to Industrial Unit Penda — Mboko and Matouke Project Roads including grading, ditching, shootouts, water and compaction.

Lot SeVen: Supply and spread of volcanic ash (grave!) to Penda —Mboko and Matouke Rubber Estates Roads including grading, ditching, shootouts, water and compaction.

Lot Eight: Supply and spread of volcanic ash (gravel) to Kompina Rubber Estate Roads including grading, ditching, shootouts, water and compaction. Lot Nine: Supply and spread of volcanic ash (grave!) to Industrial Unit Mukonje and Mukonje Rubber Estate Roads including grading, ditching, shootouts, water and compaction.

Lot Ten: Supply and spread of volcanic ash (gravel) to Likomba/Sonne and Missellele Rubber Estates Roads including grading, ditching, shootouts, .water and compaction.

Lot Eleven: Supply and spread of volcanic ash (grave!) to Meanja and Malende Rubber Estates Roads including grading, ditching, shootouts, water and compaction.

Lot Twelve: Transportation of volcanic laterite (gravel) from Mundongo to

Mbonge Rubber Estate Roads.     .

Lot Thirteen: Supply and Spread of volcanic ash (gravel) to Tombel Rubber

Estate Roads including grading, ditching, shootouts, water and compaction.

Lot Fourteen: Supply and spread of volcanic laterite including grading, ditching, shootouts, water and compaction, Creation of New roads, Maintenance of existing roads and the Construction of 2No Reinforced Box Culverts at Idenau Paims Estate.

Lot Fifteen: Transportation of volcanic laterite (gravel) from Mundongo and the Construction of 3No Reinforced Box Culverts at Illoani Paims Estate.

Lot Sixteen: Transportation of volcanic laterite (gravel) from Mundongo and the Construction of 3No Reinforced Box Culverts at Boa Paims Project.

Lot Seventeen: Supply and spread of volcanic laterite including grading, ditching, shootouts, water and compaction, Maintenance of existing roads and the Construction of 2No Reinforced Box Culverts at Bota Paims Estate.

Lot Eighteen: Supply and spread of volcanic laterite including grading, ditching, shootouts, water and compaction, Creation of New roads, Maintenance of existing roads and the Construction of 2No Reinforced Box Culverts at Debundscha Palms Estate.

Lot Nineteen: Transportation of volcanic laterite from Owe pit including spreading, grading, ditching, shootouts, water and compaction, Maintenance of existing roads and the Construction of 3No Reinforced Box Culverts at Mondoni Paims Project.

Lot Twenty: Transportation of volcanic laterite from Owe pit including spreading, grading, ditching, shootouts, water and compaction, Creation of New roads, Maintenance of existing roads and the Construction of 2No Reinforced Box Culverts at Mungo Paims Estate.

5.Participation et origine New(Additif)

This National Invitation to Tender is open to Enterprises that have proven their ability in the execution of such works.

6.Financement New(Additif)

The .works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the CDC 2017 Budget

7.Consultation du Dossier New(Additif)

Interested Bidders can consult the tender file at the General Manager's Office (Room 208), CDC Head Office during working hours (7.30 a.m to 4 p.m) Mondays to Fridays as from 16/11/16

8.Acquisition du Dossier New(Additif)

Bidders can collect complete tender documents from the General Manager's office (Room 208) during working hours (7.30 am to 4pm) Mondays to Fridays as from 16/11/16 upon the payment of a non-refundable sum of 55,000 fcfa for the Tender to ARMP Special Account No. 335 98800001-89 with BICEC. Cameroon.

9.Remises des offres New(Additif)

Complete offers written in either English or French and in Seven copies (One -Original and Six Copies) sealed in an envelope shah be deposited at the- General Manager's Office on or before the 8/12/16 at 1.00 p.m local time.

 

10.Delai de Livraison New(Additif)

The maximum period provided for the execution of the works is fixed at eight (8) Weeks.

13.Ouverture des Plis New(Additif)

The Bid Opening session shah take place at the Internai Tenders Board Office opposite CDC Head Office Bota-Limbe on the at 2.00 pm local time in the presence of the Bidders or their duly mandated representatives. Only one Representative per bidder is allowed to attend the bid opening session.

14.Critères d'évaluation New(Additif)

Bids shah be rejected when:

- There is an absence of an Administrative document.

- There is an incomplete technical/financial offer.

- They have falsified documents

15.Attribution New(Additif)

Bidders are allowed to Tender for more than one lot but can win a maximum of two lots

16.Durée Validité des Offres New(Additif)

Bidders shall remain committed to their offers for a period of NINETY (90) Days from the date of bid opening.
