HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS

Article 1: That WILLINGS TRAC LIMITED, is awarded Tender N° 003/ONIT/BIIIC/BIIICITB/2026 of 20/04/2026 for the CONSTRUCTION OF A BLOCK OF TWO (02) CLASSROOMS AT G.S NTENEFOR in Bamenda III Municipality in Mezam Division of the North West Region.  

Contract Value: 19,999,552 CFA francs inclusive of taxes. (Nineteen Million Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty Two)

Article 2: The above mentioned enterprise will realise the work within Ninety (90) Days as from the date of notification of Service Order to start the work.

Article 3: That the Bamenda III Council in close relationship with the Manager of WILLINGS TRAC LIMITED is charged with the drafting of the Jobbing Order related to this Tender.

Article 4: That the present decision shall be registered and communicated wherever and whenever necessary.
