Article 1: That, the Jobbing Order to carry out THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BRIDGE OVER RIVER MOUGHO IN UPKWA, WUM SUB-DIVISION, MENCHUM DIVISION, NORTH-WEST REGION., following the invitation totender mentioned above is awarded to the enterprise herein mentioned below, as follows
