HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS

Article 1: That FORBAN AND SONS COMPANY LIMITED (F&S COMPANY LTD) http://P.O.BOX 535 BAMENDA, is awarded Open National Invitation to Tender N° 001/ONIT/BIIIC/BIIICITB/2026 of 09/04/2026 for the CONSTRUCTION OF BOREHOLE EQUIPPED WITH SOLAR PUMP WITH ELEVATED PLASTIC STORAGE TANK (10M³) in Njenefor Quarter, Bamenda III Sub Division, Mezam Division of the North West Region.  

Contract Value: 24,821,125 CFA francs inclusive of taxes. (Twenty Four Million Eight Hundred and Twenty One Thousand One Hundred and Twenty Five)

Article 2: The above mentioned enterprise will realise the work within One Hundred and Twenty (120) Days as from the date of notification of Service Order to start the work.

Article 3: That the Bamenda III Council in close relationship with the Director General of FORBAN AND SONS COMPANY LIMITED (F&S COMPANY LTD) is charged with the drafting of the Jobbing Order related to this Tender.

Article 4: That the present decision shall be registered and communicated wherever and whenever necessary.
