HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1: That FORBAN & SONS COMPANY Ltd, P.O. Box 535 Bamenda, Tel: 677 23 28 01, is awarded the Contract N°006/C/BCC223/SG/DTS/SIGAMP/2026 for the extension of electricity with three-phase transformer at Ntahfor quarter in Nkwen Bamenda III Sub Division worth eighty-two million four hundred and fifty-eight thousand (82,458,000) Francs CFA inclusive of all taxes.Article 2: That FORBAN & SONS COMPANY Ltd will execute the works in four (04) calendar months as from the date of notification of the Service Order to start work.Article 3: That the drafting and the formatting of the documents constituting this contract shall be done by the Contracting Authority and the reproduction of the present contract, in eight (8) subscribed copies is equally at the charges of the Contracting Authority.Bamenda, the 24 JUIN 2026
