The nature of works to be carried out within the framework of this tender includes:
• Preliminary works;
• Earthwork;
• Foundationwalls;
• Retaining v/alls;
• Stopping leakages ondam floor;
• Metallic gate;
• Dredging works;
• Dropstructure.
The estimated costs of the operations following prior studies stand at 228 960 000(Two Hundred and Twenty-Eight Million Nine Hundred and Sixty Thousand) CFA Francs Tax Inclusive.

Participation to this tender is open to bidders, justifying a proven and verifiable experience in the domain.

The maximum execution deadline provided for by the Contracting Authority for the execution of the works subject of this tender shall be Four(04)months.
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first rate-bank approved bythe Ministry in charge of Finance featuring onthe list in document 11 of this tender file of an amount of 4579 000(Four Million Five Hundred and Seventy Nine Thousand) CFA francs.
The bid bond will remain valid for (30) days beyond the original date set for thevalidity of offers (90 days).
N.B: Certified checks willnot be accepfed.
Under pain ofrejection, the administrative documents required, must be produced in originals or true copies certified by the issuing service or an administrative authority (Senior Divisional Officer, Divisional Officer..,) in accordance with the Special Conditions of the tender.
They must not be older than three (03) months preceding the original dateof submission of bids or must not have been established after the signing of the tender notice.

b) Non obtaining 06 out of 07 essential criteria (except the criterion on references of the Contractor);
c) Have less than 80% of technical points.
Financial bids:
a) Non conformity oftendersubmission;
b) Absence of quantified price.
