Within the framework of effectively carrying out its missions and ensuring the production of high yield quality rice to fight against poverty and hunger in Cameroon, the General Manager of the Upper Nun Valley Development Authority (UNVDA), Contracting Authority, hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender in emergency procedure for the rehabilitation of 35 km of surrounding dyke roads in UNVDA Ndop.

Thenature oT works tobecarriedoutwithin the framework ofthistender includes: .
• Preliminary works;
• Earth work.

The estimated costsofthe operations following prior studies stand at 187 818 750 (One Hundred and Eighty-Seven Million Eight Hundred and Eighteen Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty) CFA Francs Tax Inclusive.

The works are made up of a single lot as follow: Rehabilitation of 35 km of dykes in UNVDA Ndop.

Participation to this tender is open to bidders, justifying a proven and verifiable experience in the domain.

Works which form the subject of this tender shall be financed by the "Contrat d'Objectifs Minimum" State/UNVDA, MINFI CHAP 93,2020 Financial Year.

The maximum execution deadline provided for by the Contracting Authority for the execution of the works subject ofthis tender shall beFour (04) months.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first rate-bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance featuring on the list in document 11 of this tender file of an amount of 3756 000 (Three Million Seven Hundred and Fifty Six Thousand) CFA francs.
The bid bond will remain valid for (30) days beyond the original date set for the validity of offers (90 days).

N.B:Certified checks will notbe accepted.

Under pain of rejection, the administrative documents required, must be produced in originals or. true copies certified by the issuing service or an administrative authority (Senior Divisional Officer, Divisional Officer...) in accordance with the Special Conditions ofthe tender.
They must not be older than three (03) months preceding the original date of submission of bids or must nothavebeen established afterthe signing ofthetender notice.

Technical bids:

b) Non obtaining 06 out of 07 essential criteria (except the criterion on references of the Contractor);
c) Have lessthan 80% of technical points.
Financial bids:
a) Non conformity oftender submission;
b) Absence ofquantified price.

TheContractwill beawardedtothe Bidder whose bid isdeemedtobe in compliance essentiallywith the Tender File and has the required technical and financial capacities to execute the contract satisfactorily, and whose bid will have been evaluated as the lowest.
