The Lord Mayor of Eyumojock Council hereby informs the Bidders who have bought the under mentioned Tenders and potential Bidders for same, that due to some technical reasons presented by the South West Regional Agency of ARMP contained in letter N^° 129/L/ARMP/5W/CCR/C5SPE/oam/²⁰²³ of 05/07/2023, the Bids Opening Session slated for the 06^th July 2023 have been RESCHEDULED to TUESDAY 25^th of July 2023 at same venue and time. The postponement is relating to the following Tenders:

- Tender N° 001/ONIT/ECTB/CIB 2023 of 26/04/2023 For the creation of an Indoor Sports Complex in Eyumojock municipality, Manyu Division, South West Region;

- Tender N° 007/ONIT/MAYOR/ECTB/PIB 2023 of 27/04/2023 For the Supply of a brand New Dump Tipper Truck (20 tons) to Eyumojock Council in Eyumojock Municipality, Manyu Division, South West Region;

This postponement is as a result of the proposal from ARMP-Buea

concerning the Supply of a brand New Dump Tipper Truck (20 tons) and the non tender by any Bidder for the Creation of an Indoors Sports Complex.

While acknowledging the inconvenience this postponement might have caused, I still count on your usual collaboration.
