The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Buea hereby launches Open National Invitation to Tender No.004/ONIT/TB/UB/20 of 05/06/20 for the Supply and Installation of Furniture at the Faculty of Engineering and Technology.
The services comprise fabrication/purchasing, transportation, installation and reception of furniture at the Faculty of Engineering and Technology at the University of Buea.
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 50,000,000 (fifty million) FCFA including taxes
Participation in this invitation to tender is open to all Cameroon based qualified registered enterprises that must have proven expertise in the domain of supply of equipment.
Supplies which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the Investment Budget of the University of Buea, 2020 financial year, Programme 241, Article 480022, Paragraph 2227.
Tender documents can be consulted during working hours at the Development Office, Room 211, Central Administration Building of the University of Buea, P.O. Box 63, Buea, as soon as this notice is published

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (7) copies including the original and six (6) copies marked as such, should reach the Development Office Secretariat, of the University of Buea, in Room 211 of the Central Administration Building not later than 12.00 midday on 15/07/2020. The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner or Delegated Contracting Authority for the delivery of this supply is four (04) months.
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry of Finance of an amount of 1,000,000 (one million) CFA francs and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids. See Document 12 of Tender file

The contract shall be awarded on the basis of the lowest bid fulfilling the technical and financial conditions.
