The General Manager of the Recovery Company of Claims (RCC) is launching an Open Call for tenders, under urgency procedure, for the rehabilitation works of part of the infrastructure of his Agency , Located in the town of DOUALA. This work concerns the following areas: ADMISTRATION (GROUND FLOOR), EX MAGZI AND EX CNCC (2nd FLOOR).

This work includes all the work described in the schedule of unit prices and the

quantitative estimate of this tender dossier, in particular:

CHAPTER I - LOT NO. 1: WORKSHOP INSTALLATIONS, LARGE WORKS AND ROOFING

CHAPTER II - LOT NO. 2: ALUMINUM JOINERY

CHAPTER III - LOT NO. 3: WOODEN MENUISERIES

CHAPTER IV - LOT N ° 4: PAINTINGS

CHAPTER V - LOT NO. 5: WALL COVERINGS

CHAPTER VI - LOT NO. 6: SANITARY PLUMBING

CHAPTER VII - LOT NO. 7: ELECTRICITY AIR CONDITIONING

The estimated cost of the rehabilitation is 126 000 000 (one hundred twenty six millions) FCFA all taxes included.

Participation in this tender is open to all General Enterprise or Enterprise Groupings of public works Cameroonian law with competence in the field of building and supporting the technical and financial capacities for the proper performance of the work in constitute the object.

The work subject of this tender is funded by the SRC's capital budget for the account of the year 2016, on the budget item line number 20230

The offer Call documents may be obtained at the General Directorate of the RCC, upon publication of this Notice of Tender and with receipt of payment of a non­refundable sum of FCFA 120 000 (one hundred twenty thousand) payable in account No. 335988 opened in the name of the ARMP in books of BICEC agencies.

Each offer drafted in English or French in seven (07) exemplars, one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the premises of the SRC, mail service, no later than the 19th December 2016 at 12 hours and should be marked:

The maximum period of works is one 100 (one hundred) days.

Each bidder must attach to his administrative documents, a bid bond in the amount of FCFA 2 500 000 (two millions five hundred thousand) issued by a first class bank approved by the Ministry of Finance and listed in Exhibit 12 DAO and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original expiry date of the offers.

Subject to rejection, the administrative documents, including the bid bond, must imperatively be produced in originals or copies certified by the issuing service or administrative authority (prefect, sub-prefect, ...) in accordance with the provisions of the Supplementary Regulations of the Bid.

They must be older than three (03) months preceding the original date for submission of bids or have been subsequent to the date of signing of the invitation to Tender.

Any bid not meeting the requirements of this Notice and the Tender Document (CAD) will be declared inadmissible. In particular, the absence of the bid bond issued by a first class bank or an insurance company licensed by the Ministry of Finance, or non-compliance with part models of Record on Tender Offer, will result the systematic rejection of the offer.

-  False declaralion or falsified document;

-  Technical note less than 80/100;

1-          General presentation of the offer,

2-          References of the tenderer;

3 - Permanent or mobilizable material resources;

4-          Human resources (site staff);

5-          Methodology of intervention and execution of works;

6-          Attestation of visit of the site signed by the tenderer on honor,

7-          Financial capac)y of the company;

8-          Proof of acceptance of market conditions.

The Employer awards the contract to the bidder whose offer has been lowest evaluated and substantially responsive.

Tenderers are bound by their tenders for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening of bids.
