Within the framework of the 2020 budget, the City Mayor of Limbe invites interested contractors to tender for horizontal signalizations of the urban road network in Limbe municipality.

This involves the execution of the tasks outlined in the bills of quantifies and cost estimates and elaborated in the special technical clauses comprising notably:

-        Preliminary works involving ; Studies and mobilization Scrabbling/ cleaning prior to marking

The provisional estimated cost of the project is forty five million francs (45,000,000fcfa)

This tender is open to Cameroonian registered contractors who have proven their ability in works relative to horizontal signalization on urban roads.

The works shall be funded by the autonomous budget of the Limbe City Council 2020, HEAD 222 - 120

Upon payment of a non-refundable sum of SIXTY FIVE THOUSAND CFA (65,000FCFA) to the municipal treasury of the Limbe City Council. While withdrawing the files, each bidder shah be bound to leave behind his complete address.

The bids written in English or French in seven copies [one original and six copies labeled as such] shah be submitted at the private secretariat and a receipt issued not later than the 29TH July 2020 at 12: 00 NOON local time and shah bear the inscription:

The execution deadline is two (02) months from the date of notification of the service order to start work

Each bidder should attach to his administrative documents, a bid bond NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND FRANCS CFA issued by a first class bank approved by the Ministry of Finance and featuring on the list of documents of the tender file.

The bid bond should be valid 120days after the tender submission deadline.

The other required administrative documents must be originals or certified true copies signed by the issuing service in accordance with the specifications of the special tender mies and regulations, failing which shah be rejected.

Such document must be less than three (03) months old prior to the date of submission of bids and must have been issued after the date of signature of the invitation to tender. Any bid that does not respect the prescription of this tender notice shah be declared inadmissible. Especially the absence of a bid bond issued by a first order bank approved by the ministry of Finance or the non-respect of the tender file documents shah lead to a simple rejection of the offer without any appeal entertained.

Bids shah be open at the Conference Hall of the Limbe City Council on the 29 July 2020 as from 11.00 p.m. local time, by the tenders' board in the presence of all bidders who so wish, or their duly mandated representatives with a sound knowledge of their offers
