The General Manager of the Cameroon Development Corporation launches an Open National Invitation to Tender No. 022/CDC/DHR/TSD/I.T.B/16 for the Supply of Tyres, Tubes, and 2017 Labour Day T-shirts for the Cameroon Development Corporation.
The nature of the services involves the handiing, transportation and Supply of Materials as specified in the Technical Specifications as per the following lots;
Lot One: Supply of tyres and tubes for heavy equipment Lot Two: Supply of tyres and tubes for heavy vehicles Lot Three: Supply of tyres and tubes for light vehicles Lot Four: Supply of 2017 Labour Day T-shirts

This invitation to Tender is open to Enterprises which have experience in the supply of the above.
The Supplies of the above shall be financed by the CDC 2017 Budget.
Interested Bidders can consult the tender documents at the General Manager's Office (Room 208) during working hours (7.30 a.m to 4 p.m) Mondays to
Fridays as from 2/12/2016
Bidders can collect complete tender documents from the General Manager's office (Room 208) during working hours (7.30 am to 4pm) Mondays to Fridays as from the 2/12/2016 upon the payment of a non-refundable sum of 115,000 FCFA for the Tender to ARMP Special Account No.
335 98800001-89 with BICEC.
Complete offers written in either English or French and in Seven (7) copies (One Original and Six (6) Copies) sealed in an envelope shah be deposited at the General Manager's Office (Room 314) on or before the 3/01/2017 at 1.00 P.M local time.
Ali deliveries shall be done at the Corporation's Supplies Department, CDC Tiko for Lot one (1) to three (3), and at the CDC Head Office Bota Limbe for Lot four. The duration of execution shall not exceed Sixty (60) Days alter the notification of the Administrative orders to commence supplies
Bidders shall provide Bid Bonds issued by a Commercial Bank or Financial Institution authorised to issue 131d Bonds for Public Contracts as per the list in Doc. 11 as follows;

This invitation te tender is divided into lots and a bidder can win more than one lot.
