Within the framework of execution of the 2020 Investment Budget of LINAFI, the DIRECTOR
OF LINAFI hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A HANGAR FOR THE AQUACULTURE CONCRETE TANKS
(PHASES 1&2) IN LINAFI BY EMERGENCY PROCEDURE
The works comprise groundwork (laying of foundation) as well as form work in accordance with the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications. (Document IO

The tender is open to duly legalize Cameroonian enterprises that operate in the domain of civil engineering or any other related fields.
The works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the 2020 and 2021 lnvestment Budget of LINAFI; Budget Head N(1: 222004
lnterested eligible bidders may consult the file during working hours as from the date of publication of this tender notice, at the Secretariat of the Director of LINAFI
The complete tender file may be obtained from the Secretariat of the Director of LINAFI during working hours upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a nonrefundable sum of : 45,000 FCFA at the LINAFI Treasury
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six
(06) copies marked as such, should reach the Secretariat of the Director of LINAFI on D-6
-1-JC-12020 at 12.00pm local time and labeled. Sealing shall be as follows:

Each bidder must include in its administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Bançaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document 12 of this tender file of an amount of : 509 000 FCFA
NB: Il is set at 2 % of the estimated amount, all taxes inclusive, and with a validity period of ninety (90) days from the date the bids are opened.

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on the ti-6-/-0-S-/2020 at 1:00pm local time by the LINAFI Internai Tenders Board in the Conference Hall of School. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives
ELIMINATORY CRITERIA
Bids shall be rejected in the case of one or more of the following
1- absence of any administrative document
2- Fake, forged or scanned document,
3- Absence of quantified unit price
4- Duration of execution above die prescribed
5- Technical score less than 75%
6- Absence or insufficient bid bond

The criteria relating to the qualification of candidates will indicatively be on the following:

2- Enterprise's references Yes / No

4- Availability of execution and essential equipment Yes / No

The jobbing order shall be awarded to the lowest bidder whose bids best fulfilled the Administrative; Technical and Financial conditions of this tender file.
Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of 30 (thirty) beyond the date set for the validity of bids
