(EMERGENCY PROCEDURE

The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications

The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 8,450,000 FRS.

Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender

Services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2020

financial year budgetary head

The file may be consulted during working hours at the Secretariat of the Mayor of Idabato Council as soon as this notice is published.

The file may be obtained from the office of the secretariat of the mayor of Idabato council as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fee of 15.000 FCFA, payable at the Idabato council tresury.

Each bid drafted in English or French in six (06) copies including the original and five (05) copies marked as such, should reach the secretariat of the mayor Idabato council not later than 6,3  415020 at .40  am and should carry the inscription:

The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner or Delegated Contracting Authority for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is Three (03) months

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on the 01/4  /2020 at 41  am local time by the Internai Tenders Board of the Contracting Authority in the Conference Hall of the Idabato Council. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.

It does not respect the model documents

- The bidder has antecedents of abandoned or uncompleted projects.

ii. . Main Qualification criteria

The criteria for qualification of candidates should be on the following:

Access to credit or other financial sources (4.5 million francs at least) Yes / No

References of similar jobs; Yes / No

• Availability of material and essential

Methodology               Yes/No
Turnover as in business license above or equal to 4.5 million francs CFA;

• Qualified personnel relevant to the job.

Non-respect of two (02) of the above criteria shall entail rejection of the bid.

The Contract shall be awarded to the contractor fulfilling the technical and financial conditions.

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders
