The Director General of MIDENO (Project Owner) informs the Public and interested bidders that:
- Mindful of Notice of publication of Open National Invitation to Tender No 005/ONIT/MIDENO/MITB/13/84/2023 of 5th September 2023 for the above mentioned construction works through emergency procedure in four (4) lots;
- Considering the evaluation of bids, observations and the proposals for award No 032/L/MITB/2023 of 5th October 2023 from the MIDENO Internal Tender Board;
- Considering publication No 865/MIDENO/B/MITB/13/84 of 6th October 2023 relating to the publication of the result of the award.
- Considering Letter No 306/L/ARMP/NW/CCR/CSPE/AR.NDN/23 of 10th October 2023 from the Regional Chief of ARMP highlighting some irregularities in the award procedure;
- Considering Decision No 032/D/MITB/2023 of 11th October 2023 by the MIDENO Internal Tenders Board creating a new Sub-Technical Committee to re-examine the bids;
- Considering the re-proposal of award No 034/L/MITB/2023 of 13th October 2023 by the MIDENO Internal Tenders Board;
