The CDC, a Public Corporation, is an Agro-Industrial Establishment operating in the South West, Littoral and North West Regions of Cameroon. Founded in 1947, its agro-industry activities include planting of Rubber, Palms and Bananas as its main crops with factories and mills to process the crops into Semi-finished goods. It also has support services, which assist the farms, factories and mills in their production. CDC was recently transformed into a Public Establishment by Presidential Decree No 2016/032 of 19^th January, 2016.

In this connection, the General Manager of CDC launches a call for Manifestation of Interest for the pre-selection of consultants to carryout Environmental and Social impact assessment for the construction of an Oil Mill at Idenau Palms Estate and a Rubber Factory at Pendamboko Rubber Estate.

The object of this manifestation of interest is for the pre-selection of consultants to carry-out Environmental and Social impact assessment for the construction of an Oil mill at Idenau Palms Estate and a Rubber Factory at Pendamboko Rubber Estate

This Call for Manifestation of Interest is open to Cameroon based Environmental and Social impact assessment Firms with the following capacities:

-          Should be registered with the Ministry of Environment and Nature Protection (MINEPDED) as an Environmental Consultant.

-    A minimum experience of at least two (2) years working within the framework of

     MINEPDED Cameroon laws, regulations and procedures and especially in conducting Environmental impact assessments.

This Call for Manifestation of Interest is open to Cameroon based Environmental and Social impact assessment Firms with the following capacities:

-          Should be registered with the Ministry of Environment and Nature Protection (MINEPDED) as an Environmental Consultant.

-    A minimum experience of at least two (2) years working within the framework of

     MINEPDED Cameroon laws, regulations and procedures and especially in conducting Environmental impact assessments.

Budget autonome

Consultants retained shall be contacted within the frame work of a Restricted Invitation to Tender in accordance with Articles 57 of Decree No 2018/355 of 12/06/2018 to institute the Rules applicable to State Enterprises on Public contracts.

 ELIMINATION CRITERIA

Documents shall be rejected when:

-          They lack proper and complete Administrative Documents

-          They lack Technical documents

-          There is a case of forgery

-          They do not show proof that they are registered with the ministry of Environment, Nature Protection and Sustainable Development.

-          The technical score is less than the minimum required score of 80 points

7.2   MAIN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

NB: Only firms that score at least 80 points after evaluation shall pre-qualify for a Restricted Invitation to Tender.
