The services of this contract include for eich lot are:

• Preliminary works;
• Excavation of the plot;
• Foundation;
• Masonry and bricklaying;
• Framework and roofing;
• Metallic carpentry;
• Electric installation;
• sanitary equipement;
• Painting;
• Access road and various networks.

The provisionnal cost is 40 000 000 CFAF

The participation in this invitation to tender is opened to Cameroonian enterprises

The budget of the council, trough 2016 fiscal year, will do the financing

Each bidder shah include in his/her adminstrative documents, a bid bond of 360 000 (Three hundred and sixty thousand) francs CFA issued by the one of the following banks and Assurances

The bids shall be opened on 27 June 2016 at 13 O'clock, local time, in one or two periods, by the Tenders Board of Delegated Contacted Authority in the Senior Divisional conference hall. The bidders may attend or be duly the pe ^-sons of their choice

• The absence or non-conformity with the essential conditions laid down in the tender file relating especially to administrative document;
• The non-conformity of technical offer witli the technical specifications of D.A.O.
