The Regional Delegate of Public Contracts for the South West (Contracting Authority and project owner), wishes to inform the general public that TENDER N° 004/RNIT/PR/MIN1VIAP/SWRD/SWRTB/2017 OF 18/04/2017 FOR THE GEOTECHNICAL STUDIES OF THE SITES TO HOUSE THE REGIONAL DELEGATION OF PUBLIC CONTRACTS has been cancelled following the letter No 001645/L/MINMAP/SG/DGMI/DMBEC/TMA of the Minister Delegate at the Presidency in charge of Public Contracts.
The project is therefore relaunched as Mutual agreement procedure with LABOGENIE using the article 29(a) of Public Contract Code.
