Printer A4 Laser rector verso properties (black and white ) 2420, Laser printer with recto verso A4 colour canon 2420, Scanner, Photocopier Canon A3 (copy, scan and print recto verso) A2-A5 50PPM, Flat Screen television 40 inches, Metallic cabin for the filling of documents of 120x198 cm with doors and locks, TV stand, Set of cushion chairs with central table. Flat screen television 42 inches, TV stand, l-shaped executive table. Executive chairs with set back and wheels, Complete Desktop computer set. The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 29 878 088 (twenty nine million eight hundred and senty eight thounsand and eighty eight francs)

The work is as follows; Supply of office equipment to the BABESSI Town Hall.

Participation to this consultation is open to Small and Medium Size Enterprises with proven experience
in this domain.

This project shall be financed by the FEICOM/BABESSI COUNCIL

The file may be consulted and obtained at the BABESSI Council, Mayors Secretariat with effect from the dated of signature of this Tender Notice upon presentation of a receipt attesting the payment of a non-refundable fee of 40 000francs (francs CFA Forty Thounsand francs) into the BABESSI Council Municipal Treasury, representing the cost of purchasing the tender file
