The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Buea hereby launches Urgent Open National Invitation to Tender No.09/ONIT/TB/UB/20 of 07/10/20 for the Rehabilitation and Extension of Hand-Wash Points at the University of Buea
The services comprise purchasing, transportation and reception of materials and installation at the University of Buea.
The estimated cost alter preliminary studies is 10,440,000 (ten million, four hundred and forty thousand) FCFA, including taxes.
The supply is not in lots
Participation in this invitation to tender is open to ail Cameroon based qualified registered enterprises that must have proven expertise in the domain of supply of equipment.
Supplies which -form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the University of Buea, CAS COVID-19, 2020 Financial Year
Tender documents can be consulted during working hours at the Development Office, Room 21 1, Central Administration Building of the University of Buea, P.O. Box 63, Buea, as soon as this notice is published.

Box 63, Buea, as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of a. receipt of payment of a non-refundable sum of 20,000 (twenty thousand) CFA francs, payable at special ARMP account No. 97568660001-28 at BICEC.

The maximum deadline providedby the Project Owner or Delegated Contracting Authority for the delivery of this supply is two (02) months.
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry of Finance of an amount of 209,000 (two hundred and aine thousand) CFA francs and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of val idity of bids. See Document 12 of Tender file.

The ,bids shah be opened in a single phase. The opening of administrative, technical and financial bids will be on 30/10/2020 at 1:00 p.m local time by the University of Buea Tenders Board in the Board Room of the Central Administration Building, in the presence of the contractor or a duly mandated representative.
