The bids shall be opened phase on the 01/02/2017 at by the Tenders Board of the Authority in the Conference Hall of the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Meme. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.

A bid shall be rejected if:
It lacks any Administrative document;
The technical score is less than the minimum required;
Tt has any fake or forged document;
- It lacks any quantified unit price;
- It carnes any false information.
