MINDFUL OF: the decree N°2012/074 of 08 March 2012 creating, organizing and functioning of the Tenders Board of Public Contracts; the decree N°2012/075 of 08 march 2012 organizing the Ministry of Public Contracts;

MINDFUL OF: the circular 001 /CAB/PR of 19 June 2012 in relation to the award and control of public contracts;

MINDFUL OF: The circular N° 001/C/MINFI of 02/01/2018 on instructions relating to the execution of the finance law, the monitoring and control of the Execution of the Budget of the State, Administrative, Public Establishment, Regional and Local Authorities and other Subsidized Bodies for the 2018 Financial Year;

MINDFUL OF: the Open National Invitation to Tender in emergency procedure N° 02/ONIT/MINMAP/RDNW/DDMOMO/DTB/2018 of 30^th  January 2018, for the construction of a block of two classrooms at GS NUMBEN and GS WUMUNGONG, MOMO Division, North-West Region. Lot 02: Construction of a block of two classrooms GS WUMUNGONG.

DECIDES

Article1: That iobbing order for the construction of a block of two classrooms at GS NUMBEN and GS WUMUNGONG, MOMO Division, following the invitation to tender mentioned above is awarded to the enterprise herein mentioned below

Article 2: STE. ALVTN is requested to report at the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts to sign the draft jobbing order.

Article 3: Bidders who were not successful are requested to withdraw their files in two weeks’ time. After this deadline, they will be destroyed.

Article 4 This present decision be published and registered where need be.
